Chelsea London Phillips
Instructional Designer, Photographer, and Community Builder
Hi! I’m Chelsea London, and instructional designer with a passion for taking complex learns and ideas and translating them into visually compelling and modern learning experiences. I believe the core of creating effective learning is curiosity. A curiosity for what will come next, and how we can utilize the tools available to us to their fullest. I hold a Masters of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Bloomsburg University.
I bring a unique blend of experience to my work, thanks to my background in live TV and film production, as well as many years as a photographer, photography teacher, and corporate trainer. This experience shapes how I use authoring, video production, and graphic design tools to bring content to life, making learning both engaging and accessible for everyone involved.
Featured Learning Experience
Pathways
Learning Experience Design · AI Integration · Instructional Systems Design
Most self-development programs fail before they start. Employees walk into a workshop with no shared vocabulary for their own growth. One session later, nothing has changed.
Pathways is a full L&D ecosystem built around the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect framework. 38 competencies. A shared language. Tools that make development something people actually do.
The problem it solves No vocabulary, no direction. Pathways gives people the language first, then builds every touchpoint around it.
What's in it
Growth dashboard with journaling, goal tracking, competency self-assessment, and reflection rhythm
Branching scenario simulation with good/better/best scoring that tracks decisions, not completion
AI coaching chatbot that helps employees self-identify strengths and gaps through conversation
Workshop series that pairs competency outliers for intentional peer learning
Peer roundtables that keep relationships going after the workshop ends
Physical growth journal as a daily touchpoint
