Chelsea London Phillips

Instructional Designer, Photographer, and Community Builder

Hi! I’m Chelsea London, and I create effective, learner-focused training solutions—and I’m still excited to grow in the field. Right now, I’m pursuing my Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology at Bloomsburg University, exploring new methods and tools every day.

I bring a unique blend of experience to my work, thanks to my background in live TV and film production, as well as many years as a photographer, photography teacher, and corporate trainer. This experience shapes how I use authoring, video production, and graphic design tools to bring content to life, making learning both engaging and accessible for everyone involved.
